A creative, restful and orderly ambience has been conceived for the new Google's offices in Tel Aviv.
THE PROJECT
The entire space covers 8000 mq and it's erected on 8 floors in Electra Tower, in the heart of the city.
Camezind Evolution designed the project, together with some great local profesionals such as Setter Architects and Studio Yaron Tal.
Here the employees can perfectly focus on their work, however, a half of the whole space is conceived as a ''communication area'' that recalls the typical Israeli landscapes, where they can socialize, share ideas and cooperate with each other.
Each area represents a concept, the corridors look like narrow cobbled roads, gathered by arc windows and flowerpots; whereas, the reception has a wooden desk which clearly evokes the public spaces in Tel Aviv's harbour. The designers say: " We created each floor by always bearing in mind any specific aspect of the local identity, thus showing how Israeli diversity can be conceptualized as a territory and as a nation".
Different materials have been used in such a realization: wood, steel, iron, texturised floorings, as well as a versatile range of furnishings that animate the whole setting.
The design of the new Google's offices is totally eco-friendly, that's why the project will be awarded a LEDD 'Platinum' Certification.
